1. Passport

The passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa applied for.

The passport need two blank pages for visas

2. Photo

The photo must be an official color passport photo no more than 6 months old. The photo should be 3.5 x 4.5 cm. The consulate only issues a Russian visa with color photographs. If you don't have photo, we could take it at office, price 15 euro.

 

Note! There must be no sunglasses in the picture, no hat, hat or other headgear. Exceptions are reasons related to religion or ethnic background. The picture has to look directly at the camera without a smile. The photo must be on photo paper and a white background must remain at the top of the photo. The photo can be attached to the application with glue or a clamp

3. Certificate of travel insurance written for the visa, which must be requested from your own insurance company. A copy of the card or travel insurance document will not be used as proof of application.

A visa can only be applied for for a period that is numbered on the travel insurance certificate, eg 10.09.2021-9.09.2022.

5 If your passport is not Finnish, please provide residence certificate  If you apply for multi entry visa with normal processing time certificate should be on paper with stamp. For other visas electronic certificate would be enough.
